✶ ECSTATIC DANCE .. What is it?
Ecstatic Dance is a free form of meditation in motion, which leads us to awaken our most intimate and essential nature, and our most genuinely human qualities.

The only guidelines are these three: dance barefoot, in contact with the ground, do not contact alcohol or intoxicants, dance in silence.
.
It is not necessary to know how to “dance”: it is the music that guides us on a journey of liberation and transformation, of creative expression, allowing us to restore the balance in us between mind, body and spirit.

✶ SILENT REVOLUTION
Thanks to the Silent headphones we dance united by the music and, at the same time, by the heartfelt distance.

The practice is open to all ages and to anyone: men, women and children.
There are no techniques or steps to learn, the dance you will discover is inside you, and it is original, always unique, as it springs from listening to your body in the present: so … it is waiting for you!

Times and locations may change according to the weather, but they will be in Finale Ligure, at the free beach of Castelletto, or at the Freeride Outdoor Village. In case of rain the event will be canceled. The Ecstatic Dance meetings last about two hours.
