Ecstatic Friday is an ecstatic dance event offered twice a month in 2024 at Casa Manabliss  in Delray Beach Florida. Typically the second and fourth Friday but this does change occasionally so please double check before coming. We invite our guest to honor the ecstatic dance guidelines to help create a sacred space for all. We typically have a grounding exercise (meditation, qi gong, contact dance, etc) starting at 7:45pm and set begins at 8pm. Set typically closes with short sound bath around 9:30pm. We normally have a local musician offer an acoustic song at beginning of closing circle and each guest has an opportunity to express themselves before closing the circle @ 10pm

Guidelines:

Be PRESENT. (no phones/cameras)
Be EMBODIED. (no talking)
BE CLEAR. (no intoxicants)
BE CONSENSUAL. (listen for a yes, respect a no)
BE HERE. (no outside shoes)
BE FREE. (no judgement, dance how you want)

7:30pm Doors open /settle in

7:45 pm Grounding

8pm Music Begins
8-9 pm – First Wave
9:30 pm Closing Circle
10pm Completion

Driving Directions and Parking:Parking in front of studio usually fills fast, but business to north and south have parking lots that are available as they are closed at night. The is a Safe area but PLEASE BE MINDFUL!! Put valuables out of sight.
