Ecstatic Dance Munich is one of the oldest Ecstatic Dances in Germany and was founded in 2016. It is now run by Ecstatic Living Deutschland e.V. We dance every Saturday at a spacious dance studio in the heart of Schwabing (city of Munich). Our lovely international community keeps growing and growing and we are very excited to be part of the International Ecstatic Dance Community. We invite both local and international DJ´s to play at our dances, please write us to ecstaticliving@gmx.de If you are short in cash, you can join us in our helper team for a free-entrance . Just write to us ! We serve Raw Cacao at every event.

9:00 pm: Chill-Out / afterwards: End

Driving Directions and Parking:You can park in Clemensstraße, Hiltensbergerstr, Erich-Kästner Straße or come via U-Bahn Hohenzollernplatz or Bonner Platz.

Dance Guidelines

Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
