We are very happy to announce our next Ecstatic Dance event. This time it will be held in CINEMA HEAVEN on June the 8th from 10am to 1pm. Child care is included for those who want to join and don’t have anyone to leave their children with. Let us know in advance how many kids and age of them if you bringing them. If you want to have lunch in CINEMA HEAVEN after the event, please let us know in advance as booking is required. Since access is limited to 25 people, please contact us in advance to reserve your spot through our email ecstaticdancejapan@gmail.com

Dance Guidelines
Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
