We are online and onsight. NOW ON OUR SUMMER FLOW, IT”S ONSIGHT on weekend of JUNE 8th and 22nd ( online all times listed). please text to confirm 941-928-8866
Our dances are a diverse group of all ages, types, and abilities. Children who are tended to and can manage without being disrupting to the group in an adult setting are welcome for free.
All dances are live dj-ed by dj kat or a visiting ecstatic dance dj. Our studio has a sprung floor and large garage doors we open when weather is cool enough. We try to do that each dance so wearing layers is a good idea.

Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
