Ecstatic Dance
In Geneva (Switzerland), we gather each last Saturday of the month to dance freely from 8pm to 10pm.
We dance without drugs, without words, without judgement, and with all our Hearts!
We dance first for ourselves, but without ignoring the presence and movement of other people on the dancefloor.
Come with cloth you feel comfortable to move! No prior experienced needed!

Driving Directions and Parking: The venue is located just 500m away for the main train station (Genève - Cornavin) and right in front of the tram stop (14 and 18) named Lyon.

Dance Guidelines
Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance Barefoot
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground
(Socks are slippery and thus dangerous! If you can dance barefoot for medical condition, then bring dance shoes! 🙂
2. We Dance without words
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No (or very little) verbal instructions from the facilitator and
no talking from the Dancers!
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds,…
Just Be Yourself, with Respect for the Space and One Another!
