Dance Guidelines
We dance without judgement of ourselves or others, allowing our bodies to move freely, however we feel like moving and expressing ourselves.
We dance free from any substances (without drinking, smoking, or any other intoxicants). This allows us to connect fully with ourselves and experience the freeing power of movement and dance.
We dance without talking, so that we can be present and focused solely on our experience.
We dance without shoes (socks are ok) to better feel and connect with our surroundings.
We dance without our phones (without taking pictures/videos or getting distracted by technology), so we can respect the privacy of other participants and be focused on our experience in the moment.
