Online Ecstatic Dance
It’s free and you can dance however you like! We only ask that you keep your clothes on, the rest is up to you! Music is eclectic and of my choosing, sometimes there’s a theme, which could be anything from early 70s funk to k-pop to the music of Sesame Street. Sometimes we have “guest DJs” but none of us are professionals.
We have dance parties every Monday at 1PM US Eastern Time and Tuesdays through Fridays at 8AM. We very rarely cancel.

No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another. Shoes are up to you. You can not dance at all, do the dishes, whatever! There’s often some chatter in Zoom chat. Everyone is muted.
