Zero e-dantz is our association that promotes Ecstatic Dance in Donostia – San Sebastian. Through this experience, we promote the holistic development of the individual, seeking a healthy balance between the physical body, mind, and emotions, which we encompass as a whole, on the path of personal and spiritual growth.
Our thanks to all the people who have made Ecstatic Dance possible, especially the Community Foundation.
My MUsic
Our sessions cover the entire musical spectrum, from relaxing tunes to loud and wild songs. The music immerses us in rhythms that evolve throughout the session, sending us floating in a sea of sensations. Without limits, the energy of the group offers us a mix of all kinds of musical styles, rhythms, and rhythmic tendencies, creating flows that encourage us to dance without thinking.
Music of different styles becomes an inspiring guide that takes us on a journey through different bodily sensations and emotional landscapes. We recreate soundscapes constructed of solemn grandeur and mesmerizing beauty. African polyrhythms, Middle eastern mantras, art rock, world music, gaelic folklore, ambient, pop, R&B, funk, jazz fusion, techno, indie pop, progressive rock, global beat, neo-folk, trance, electronica, and tribal rhythms. Music influenced by many cultures, aesthetic lines, and musical movements.
We explore infinite soundscapes with different melodies and styles that combine with energy states to create a tidal wave that generates flow and vibration. We use music to experiment with different sounds and emotional textures, generating euphoria, laughter, sensuality, sadness, or catharsis. Quite a journey. And music is our only guide.

Our activities reflect who we are. The values that inspire us are:
