My MUsic
As a multi-instrumentalist, DJ, and producer with over 11 years of experience in doing sets for ecstatic dance, I like to bring all of these elements together when I curate a set for ecstatic dance. Pulling from music from all around the world, while also creating remixes, mash-ups, and improvisational jams all on the spot in a live setting. I add live guitar, percussion, and vocals and I am able to loop and record these elements live and create original tracks on the spot while also staying true to traditional DJ techniques and methods. The result is a hybrid of DJ’ing, looping, and live music alls seamlessly woven together into a journey aimed at taking dancers into a deep somatic state of movement and expression.
