A lifelong music lover born into a family of professional musicians, Martina’s passion for music and dance runs deep. Her music blends healing world music with afro house, Latin rhythms, and dancehall, weaving powerful journeys towards full presence, self-acceptance, and emotional healing to help you glow from the inside out and remember that you are already enough.
Events consist of Ecstatic Dance, occasionally paired with other health practices, such as Yoga, Pilates, Coaching etc.
Bio
Hi, I’m Martina. As a Holistic Health Coach, Ecstatic Dance DJ, and host of The Glow Life Podcast, I’ve been helping ambitious and perfectionist individuals release stress, reconnect with themselves, and feel confident in their bodies since 2015.
After quitting my full-time job as a Store Manager, I started healing past wounds from bullying and betrayal, and got my health to a whole new level. I decided to become a certified Health Coach.
We store so much energy and emotions in our energetic body, and I’ve experienced first hand how movement can help us heal. Dancing helped me let go of self-doubt, comparison, and perfectionism, and reconnected me with music again in a very special way.
Today, I support individuals in creating what I call “The Glow Life”: a life of physical, mental, and emotional health and freedom, where they’re at peace with themselves, and experience unshakable self-worth, and inside out “glow”.
