EarthDancer weaves her love for shamanic heart-centered music styles with bassy beats, for an experience that will leave your heart wide open and your booty in the flow. Drawing on influences from the earth, the elements and astrological alignments, her musical tapestries evoke connection to the roots of our sacredness. Ritual is woven into each aspect of her sonic soundscapes, taking dancers on a journey to remember their connection to spirit; above, below and within.
Bio
Founder and resident DJ of Ecstatic Dance Foothills, EarthDancer(sarah) has been facilitating sacred embodiment journeys since 2015. Sarah is an ecstatic embodiment facilitator, Dancing Freedom facilitator and ritual sound tapestry weaver. Using the tools of Dancing Freedom to become an open conduit for the elements and spirit to weave through her sonic soundscapes; sarah’s primary tool for transformation, inspiration, empowerment and awakening is dance.
She is based in the Sierra Foothills of California but traverses the globe djing and holding ecstatic movement ceremonies. Sarah is an artist of ambiance, adorning ritual and sacred spaces with intention to support deeper connections with self and spirit; weaving the web of sounds for a heart opening and body activation.
Sarah has played sets for Ecstatic Dances and festivals in cities all over the west coast from San Francisco and Santa Cruz to Portland, and Seattle. Currently on tour in Australia.
