Bio
Tobias Korb (aka DJ Tobi K. aka Tobi) has always been passionate about music, but initially just from the perspective of a listener, dancer, and raver.
Things took a turn when he learned the art of DJing from his brother, a Techno DJ, and immediately lost himself in the immersive power of DJing. For him, not a means to an end but just a joyful way to playfully interact with the music he loved. Once in a while, playing for small groups of people in his living room – but never intending to play for larger audiences.
His relationship with music evolved when Tobi faced major challenges in his personal life and discovered “Ecstatic Dance,” which became both a source of joy and healing.
The more Tobi experienced this power of healing and joy for himself, he felt compelled to bring this into the world – paying some of his favorite DJs for personal classes and starting to practice DJing, specifically for ecstatic dance – slowly opening up opportunities for him to share this gift of joy and healing with larger audiences.
