Greetings fellow dancers and music enthusiasts! My name is Suheiwa, and I am delighted to share with you the essence of my musical journey in the realm of ecstatic dance.
My Music:
At the core of my ecstatic dance experience lies a distinctive fusion of rhythms and melodies that traverse across diverse cultural landscapes, inviting you on an immersive journey of self-expression and liberation. My style is deeply rooted in the pulsating rhythms of Tribal Ibiza Beat, where primal drumming intertwines with hypnotic melodies to ignite the spirit and awaken the senses.
Drawing inspiration from global influences, I infuse my sets with a rich tapestry of world beat soundscapes, embellished with various global sound effects that transport you to distant lands and evoke a sense of unity among dancers from all corners of the globe.
Moreover, I have a profound appreciation for the infectious groove of Funk House, where funky basslines and soulful rhythms converge to create an irresistible invitation to let loose and surrender to the dance floor.
But perhaps what truly sets my music apart is the enchanting allure of mystical upbeat melodies that resonate deep within the heart, guiding dancers into a state of ecstatic bliss and prompting them to explore a myriad of movements that speak to their soul. Additionally, I have a deep love for tribal beats from native tribes around the world, drawn to the primal energy and spiritual connection they evoke.
My Ecstatic Dance Set:
In my ecstatic dance sets, I take dancers on a transformative journey that begins with a meditative flow, allowing us to ground ourselves in the present moment and attune our bodies to the rhythm of our breath. From there, we embark on a tribal heart dance movement, tapping into the primal energy that resides within each of us and allowing it to guide our movements with raw authenticity.
As the music evolves, I lead dancers through a dynamic exploration of movement, seamlessly transitioning between rhythms and genres to evoke a range of emotions and sensations. Together, we traverse through peaks and valleys of energy, surrendering to the music and allowing it to carry us into a state of ecstatic bliss.

Bio
I wear many hats in this wild journey called life. I’m a jewelry designer, a human design practitioner/reader, an entrepreneur, and above all, a lifelong music lover.
My journey with music goes way back to my childhood, but things really kicked into high gear during my teenage years when I was tearing up the dance floor with some breakdancing moves. Picture me grooving in theaters and even big corporations like the Porsche showroom, mainly in the south of Germany.
In 1985, I took my first trip to Ibiza, and let me tell you, it was love at first sight (and sound). I felt an instant connection with the island and its vibrant music scene. For the next 15 years, you could find me spending every summer soaking up the beats of Ibiza.
From 1989 to 1992, I was knee-deep in the music scene, managing promotions for iconic venues like Amnesia and Pacha. I even dabbled in DJing, spinning tunes with just two tape decks at private parties whenever I got the chance.
Fast forward to the mid-’90s, and I was fully immersed in the German music scene, organizing events and working with top DJs from the south all the way to Berlin. The Love Parade was just one of the epic events I had the pleasure of being a part of, rubbing shoulders with legends like Paul Van Dyk and Sven Väth.
In 2000, I began my spiritual journey in Ibiza and later ventured to India, where a wise teacher told me to share whatever gifts I had with the world. And that’s when I started sharing the music that had been the soundtrack to my life.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of playing music in various places around the globe, from Ibiza to Amsterdam, from Stuttgart to San Francisco, and now I’m proud to call Maui home. You can catch me spinning tunes at Ecstatic Dance Maui, where the vibes are always high and the energy is infectious.
