DJ Shoshi is the dance floor mama inviting your most human parts out to play. She is on a mission to help us connect and express ourselves. You can find her coaching DJs to wield their own magic in Powerhouse DJ School with Tasha Blank, and leading Ecstatic Dances at home in Los Angeles, California and all around the world. Recent dance offerings include: Full Moon Dance Summer Series in Malibu, CA, Boom Festival 2023 in Portugal, SoulShine at Sea w/ Michael Franti and Body Lvnguage in Las Vegas.

Bio
Shoshana (DJ Shoshi) is a flower child from Santa Cruz, CA dedicated to teaching people of all ages how to find their voice and express themselves. She has spent three decades telling stories in SF, NYC and LA, as a dancer, actor, director, producer and sound designer. Shoshana is the founder of the non-profit performing arts school, Young Actors Project, and now sparks up systems of transformation as a DJ.
It took a global pandemic + PhDJ to bring Shoshana back to her first love: dance music. Her hips were awakened in the 90s underground rave scene and have been buzzing ever since.
She is a Helper Priestess who specializes in tool sharpening, heart holding, sharing smiles & meeting you where you’re at. Shoshana DJ’s playful and electrifying dances and leads workshops worldwide in Voice, Improv and Embodied Movement.
