Berta, aka LOIFE, now a music therapist by profession, after many years engaging in music as a DJ, has also formed herself primarily as an electronic music producer, the music with which she has grown and lived for 40 years. It is the music that she carries within her, which is in keeping with her heartbeat, as she describes when she talks about electronic music. Beginning with Kraftwerk’s early techno and primitive, synthetic sounds during his childhood, following with Depeche Mode and the New Wave movement during his teens, and techno and house during the early adulthood to this day. Experimenting with styles such as trip-hop, dream-pop, downtempo, chill out, atmosphere, synth pop, dubstep, medicine music, shamanic music and more. Berta has always sought the interaction between people and music, they are the ones that make their hair stand out when she hears people shouting at a concert and when she feels the positive energy that is created in a space of party and fun. . Berta seeks a sense of her passion for music, which is why, after long discussions and discussions with the people around her, she found today at Ecstatic Dance the meaning of her Love Life (LOIFE) with music: creating a community that dances to the rhythm of her music, a community that expresses how they feel, what they want, what they need, that a feedback is created between the DJ and the participants, where everyone expresses their emotions freely, creating a space where at the end of each session everyone feels different, lighter, more discharged, a space free of alcohol, drugs, smoke, free of judgments and above all, the only guideline to follow is that it must be a free session word, a space where you cannot speak because the word breaks with the energy of the community, it is about dancing and letting go all interacting with the music, the people around you and with yourself.
