Move. Breathe. Connect.

Come as you are.
This is a judgment-free zone where you can show up however you feel that day.

Think of this as a dance meditation. It will start off slow and build and then come back down. The last 20 minutes will be devoted to sharing and connecting.

Hi, I’m Bryn!

I’m a somatic coach, massage therapist, and yoga therapist with a passion for helping moms reconnect with their bodies and emotions. Through movement, meditation, and community, I create spaces for women to heal, feel, and restore their nervous systems. As a writer and poet, I also explore the deeper emotional experiences of motherhood, guiding others toward self-awareness and personal growth.

Why we dance…

We dance to release

We dance to cleanse

We dance to connect to ourselves and humanity

We dance to pull out our joy

We dance to freedom

Dance Guidelines

  • Come as your are
No expectations or need to “perform.” Show up however you feel—whether that’s energetic, calm, or somewhere in between.
  • Judgement Free Zone
Leave all judgments (of yourself and others) at the door. This space is for everyone to move freely and authentically.
  • Respect personal space
While connection is encouraged, respect each other’s space during the dance. If someone seems to need solitude or is moving independently, honor that.
  • Silence during dance
We encourage participants to avoid talking during the dance to allow everyone to immerse in the movement and music. Feel free to connect and share during the tea and centering time afterward.

  • Let your body lead
There’s no right or wrong way to move. Follow the natural rhythm of your body—whether that’s slow, fast, big, or small.
  • Sharing is optional
After dancing, you’re welcome to share your thoughts or experiences, but it’s completely optional. Feel free to listen and hold space for others if you prefer not to speak.
  • Hydrate and take breaks
Feel free to hydrate and rest if your body needs it during the dance. There’s no pressure to keep moving if you need a moment to breathe.
  • We Dance Barefoot
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK). If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, that’s ok.
  • We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
