Ecstatic Dance
This is an outdoor venue. We will resume dances at this location again in the Spring of 2026.
This is an outdoor, weather dependent event.

We will be dancing on the lawn under the wide open sky and per usual the mix will invite you to move your body as you feel called. Since we are outdoors use your discretion in choosing whether to bring dance props or to dance barefoot. You are also welcome to bring a frame drum for drumming during the dance.
Ecstatic dance is free-form, unstructured dance/flow that allows for freedom to express our unique self through movement/dance within a supportive and respectful community.

Dance Guidelines
Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
