Ecstatic Dance
Come and experience something a little different. Immerse yourself in the traditional wave of the dance, but with the added power of live instruments.
Held in the heart of Avebury, dancers will benefit from the powerful, high-energy vibrations of this ancient and sacred setting.
David, The didge Guy builds on this natural energy, crafting a high-vibration atmosphere where the music is playful and uplifting helping to clear anything that may be holding us back. From the deep earthy sounds of the didgeridoo to the hypnotic evolution of David’s own tracks, mixed within an inspired playlist the soundscape is designed to move with you.
The journey continues even after the dance. Once we’ve moved through the wave, we transition into a soothing live sound bath to ground and integrate the experience. We then conclude with social time, tea, and cake, allowing us to connect and share in the warmth of the community within this magical landscape.

Dance Guidelines
Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
