WEDNESDAY NIGHT SCHEDULE :
6:30 to 7pm – The opening workshop slot features yoga classes, guided meditations, Qigong, breath-work, and other vital practices.
7 to 8:30pm – The headline spot features a rotating cast of local DJ talent.
8:30 to 9pm – The closing 30 minutes features a sound-bath for your grounding pleasure, with different artists who offer their unique sound each week.
9 to 9:30pm – The Community Circle brings us home, nurturing our personal connections and networks, raising the collective bar in our dance community
