Music As Medicine presents The Ecstatic Dance “feel good” Sessions – curating a beautifully moving blend of world-infused melodies, rhythms and soundscapes to encourage movement, release, and deep connection within the dance. Hosted at the wonderful Temple Of Yoga and dance an awakening celebration of life. At our little a oasis in the midst of Banbury.
Music, melody and rhythm form a backdrop to your self expression. Enriching the now with sonic images from around the globe. From the northern plains to the southern forests. The Eastern seas and the westward mountains. Heartful sounds weaved though a full, intentional wave to connect, centre, ground, uplift, soar as we resonate through the various frequencies of life.

Dance Guidelines
Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers please hold your conversations until after or take it outside
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
