We dance every Thursday in the energy of sacred Mt Shasta! See you on the dance floor 💫
Location:
Mt. Shasta City Park, Lower Lodge, at the Headwaters.
Here’s a few requests… PLEASE READ:
❤️Suggested Donation: $15
🎶 Sliding scale: $10-$20
We do offer a handful of work-trade positions, so please inquire about that if interested.

🎶 Same guidelines as Ecstatic Dance: Moving meditation = conversations outside the room,
❤️ Respect other’s personal space = get a clear YES before contact & respect personal space,
🎶. Shoes off (clean soft-soled dance shoes OK),
❤️ This event is open to the public! Spread the word and get more folks dancing!
🎶 Substance Free = no drugs/alcohol… let the dance be your high.

Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
