Ecstatic Dance
Dance is the answer, because when you dance, and really get in to the dance, you loose your self. You forget your name, you forget your job, you forget your past, you forget your future. what involves you is the NOW. And now is BLISSFULL!
This Ecstatic Dance is part of the Love Jm movement, initiated with the intention of falling in love with our selfs and other through the music, connection and dance. Is created in waves of bliss to increase oxitocine in our system, and connect with other from a place of joy and opennes. Bliss Dance and the Sun Sets are proposal for this space created to enjoy life in its present.

Dance Guidelines
Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
