We dance every Monday!
Come let your own creative energy find expression. Let loose and let go in safety.
We are an open space for people of all ages, skill levels, and body types to come explore movement and dance without any set structure or expectations.
Our playlists follow the 5 rhythms structure, we dance in a low light space and maintain a non-verbal environment while the music plays. We encourage personal introspection and we allow all moods and emotions to be expressed.
We value community and we co-create a solid safe space to create connection with others by allowing ourselves to be authentic. We hold space for people who need to rest, cry or shake off all the energy within.
Driving Directions and Parking:Parking is best at N Church st. Deck which is right around the building and free after 6:00 PM

Dance Guidelines
Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
