EL Conuco de Consciencia represents a vibrant community where we come together to cultivate and nourish our love for dance and music, while paying homage to the land we occupy. In this space, we not only celebrate the richness of our cultural heritage, but we also provide a platform for local artists, artisans, and other talented individuals to showcase their skills and contribute to the growth of our community’s consciousness and compassion. We extend a warm invitation to all those who wish to join us and become a part of this dynamic and inclusive group.
El Conuco de Consciencia es donde sembramos y cultivamos una comunidad y celebramos la danza y musica como aliment, y la misma vez honrando la tierra donde estamos ocupando. Tambien abrimos un espacio para artista locales, artesanos, y otros para ofrecer sus talentos y seguir planteando cultura , conscienca y compasión.

Dance Guidelines
Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
