and on Sunday we have 2 ecstatic dance sessions.

ECSTATIC DANCE We invite you to spend an unforgettable Sunday. 
in a natural and open-air place on the outskirts of Lima in the 
quiet town from Santa Eulalia 10 minutes from Chosica. We offer 
a magnificent program during the day varied with Yoga workshops, 
guided meditation and aromatherapy for stress management, 
Directed by TaniaLove. Also a holistic fair of natural products. 
for well-being, green market, aromatic mates and a delicious lunch,
 desserts and healthy drinks. We will enjoy the program and music 
all day with live DJs, with the exclusive presentation of a session 
by Ecstatic Dance with Dj ALCIDES a.k.a. Haloferax/Trilobite Music 
resident of Casa Anatolia with an organic house set, nu disco, 
R&B and more.. Special guest Tania Love folktronica, downtempo 
and sound healing set. (there are 2 sessions of Ecstatic Dance, 
one in the morning 11 am and the other at 3 pm.) (*) Ecstatic dance

Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
