Ecstatic dance is a unique dance experience, a free and conscious dance which allows us to open our hearts and release our emotions in our most authentic way. 
Music and dance will become instruments to connect with what each of us needs, in an environment where we cultivate awareness, respect and compassion.
You are welcome regardless of your physical condition, your dance experience or your emotional state.
Get ready to move a lot, to feel a lot, to connect, to dance, to create, to celebrate life in its purest form and just to “be”!

We will open the session with a cacao ceremony -Cacao Circle- for the many beneficial effects it has on the body, mind and the spirit and an embodiment meditation 
followed up by the dance experience itself and closing with a relaxing sound bath.

Dance Guidelines
Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance Barefoot
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground. If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK.
2. We Dance without words
We Dance with Body Language, this makes it easier to be in a Meditative State.
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
