We excitedly invite you to our new and viberent community in our beautiful city, in Thao Dien at Lang spot.
Ecstatic dance is a free form dance event where you will be able to move and groove with the amazing beats and sounds of a curated DJ set. This is a safe space to express your body in a judgment free conscious community zone.
Ecstatic dance is a unique experience not like any bar or club. We invite you to come to our event sober and conscious. Instead through dance and movement we will feel intoxicated off the natural high of the experience.
Driving Directions and Parking:Lang spot (Thao Dien) has lots of parking on site.

Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
