Ecstatic Dance Milano – Glow In The Dark – 29 December 2023

[English Version]

Join the Tribe Feel the Vibe

Friday 29 December

From 8.30 Pm To 11.30 Pm

ATTENTION!!

SPECIAL EDITION – BODY PAINTING – WHITE DRESS CODE

For this Ecstatic Dance we thought of creating a special event. We will paint our face and arms with fluorescent colors that will light up during the dance thanks to the rays of ultraviolet lights.

We dance as in a ritual the passage from the light outside to the light inside
And we will do it by celebrating by painting ourselves as a tribe, by dancing and by transcending our masks.

We kindly ask you to arrive on time so we can all start together.

~ Ecstatic Dance is a neutral space for free self expression, is a unique free form mindfulness practice. We start with an opening circle, play some games to arrive into our bodies and to connect with others.

It’s the ultimate place to completely let go and give your self to what ever comes up through your spontaneous movement.

We dance approximately 2 hours to a wonderful live Dj set and we finish the dance in a closing circle with a short meditation.
