For this Ecstatic Dance we thought of creating a unique event, Ecstatic Dance Milano and Filippo Renda director, actor as well as representative of MTM Teatro Litta in Milan and the Grock theater school meet to create a truly immersive experience for this carnival evening.

To celebrate our vast array of collective spirits that extend far beyond our visible selves; you will be welcomed with benevolence to our magnificent ecstatic masked dance.

During this ritual everything is permitted, you can let go, free yourself from obligations and commitments, and dedicate yourself completely to joking and playing.

Each of us will wear a mask, a costume or extravagant clothes to hide our physical identity allowing us to fully embody our inner emotions, our alter egos, ancestral lineages and connections with the spirit world, all of this will be facilitated by the Workshop experiential “Ritual connections”

The “Ritual Connections” Sensory Workshop is the rite of passage that prepares body and spirit for the experience of Ecstatic dance.

Immerse yourself in an hour of intense preparation, a Warm-Up that will awaken your deepest senses and open the doors of perception. Drop every burden and let our journey prepare you for the emotional trance of Ecstatic Dance.

Through a labyrinth of sensory experiences, face the darkness of your inner self and discover the light that shines within you. Through intense exercises, you will connect mind, body and soul in a harmony that precedes liberating dance.

We kindly ask you to arrive on time so we can all start together.

~ Ecstatic Dance is a neutral space for free self expression, is a unique free form mindfulness practice. We start with an opening circle, play some games to arrive into our bodies and to connect with others.

It’s the ultimate place to completely let go and give your self to what ever comes up through your spontaneous movement.

We dance approximately 2 hours to a wonderful live Dj set and we finish the dance in a closing circle with a short meditation.

I am aware that if for any reason I cannot participate in the event, the ticket purchased is non-refundable.

The ticket can be transferable and can be given to someone else by informing the organizer of the changes in advance.

In case of failure to reach the minimum number of participants (7), the organization reserves the right to cancel the practice, giving timely notice to the participants.

In case of cancellation, the participant will receive a refund of the amount paid.
