Ecstatic Dance is a form of artistic expression and movement that harmonizes the elements of dance, music and spirituality, providing a profound experience of self-expression, love, interaction and connection with the body, mind and spirit. We will provide a safe space, free from any judgment, with joy to free your soul and connect with your essence through free dance and delve into your inner power on this journey of personal transformation. It can be practiced by people of all ages. The proposal is to dance barefoot, without using a cell phone or talking to be fully connected with our bodies and immersed in the experience of movement and music.

We dance to celebrate life, to bring awareness to the body, we dance to raise the vibration in the unity of the whole.
