Unser Ziel? Dich für die Freude der freien Bewegung zu begeistern, die sich ständig wandelt – von langsamen Bewegungen hin zu Moves zu pulsierenden, elektronischen Beats, die dich auf eine unvergessliche Reise mitnehmen.
Musik ist seit Anfang der Menschheit ein spirituelles Erlebnis das uns in neue Bewusstseinszustände versetzt und das erlebst du auch in unseren Ecstatic Dance Sessions. Dich erwartet neben einer Extra-Portion Glück ein intensiveres Tanzerlebnis und kraftspendende Tanzmomente.
Nach dem Tanz wirst du in eine tiefe Entspannung geführt, die Körper und Geist vollständig zur Ruhe bringt und dich entschleunigt. Du wirst diese Tanz-Session mit neuer Energie und Lebendigkeit verlassen und eine zufriedene Gelassenheit entwickeln, die selbst den hektischsten Alltag überdauert.
Übrigens: Für Ecstatic Dance musst du kein:e Tänzer:in sein. Hier darfst du dich einfach frei bewegen, egal wie es aussieht. Es geht um dich, deinen Vibe und deine Freiheit!

Our goal? To inspire you with the joy of free movement that is constantly changing – from slow movements to moves to pulsating electronic beats that take you on an unforgettable journey.
Since the beginning of mankind, music has been a spiritual experience that transports us into new states of consciousness, and this is what you will experience in our Ecstatic Dance Sessions. You can expect an extra portion of happiness, a more intense dance experience and empowering dance moments.
After the dance, you will be guided into a deep relaxation that completely quiets your body and mind and decelerates you. You will leave this dance session with renewed energy and vitality and develop a contented serenity that will outlast even the most hectic everyday life.
By the way: You don’t have to be a dancer for Ecstatic Dance. Here you can simply move freely, no matter what it looks like. It’s all about you, your vibe and your freedom!

3 einfache Richtlinien
1. Wir tanzen ohne Schuhe (oder: Wir tanzen barfuß)
Dies erlaubt uns, uns vollständiger mit dem Boden zu verbinden (Socken sind OK)
Wenn du aufgrund deiner körperlichen Verfassung Tanzschuhe brauchst, dann ist das OK.
2. Wir tanzen ohne Worte (oder: Wir tanzen mit Körpersprache)
Das macht es einfacher, in einen meditativen Zustand zu kommen.
Keine verbalen Anweisungen von den Moderatoren
Kein Reden der TänzerInnen
3. Wir tanzen so wie wir sind
Keine Drogen/Alkohol, keine Handys, keine Kameras/Videos, keine Düfte, keine Erwartungen, keine Urteile, kein Sollen, kein Dürfen… Seid einfach ihr selbst; mit Respekt für uns selbst, den Raum und einander.

Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
