Step into a sacred, substance-free space where bodies move freely, music leads the way, and judgment is left at the door. Ecstatic Dance Palm Springs is a non-verbal, freeform dance experience powered by a live DJ and the raw, grounding energy of the Coachella Valley.
This is not a party. This is not a performance.
There are no steps to follow. No one to impress.
Just you, the beat, and the freedom to move exactly as you feel.

☼ No phones or cameras
☼ No judgment
Everyone is welcome. All that’s required is presence, bare feet (or soft soles), and a willingness to surrender to the rhythm.
Come dance in the desert.
Third Thursday of each month indoors all year.
November through May we add an additional outdoor ecstatic dance in the park one Saturday a month.

Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
