What to expect:
We will begin with an introductory circle, so please arrive promptly, followed by a guided warm up. We will then move to the ecstatic dance DJ set where we let the music move us, allow our emotions to rise and fall and we feel the true ebb and flow of life. Towards the end we will have a cool down and finish with a reflection circle.
We will have a soft calm area within the dance space, where you can relax with blankets and cushions at any point during the event. There is no requirement to dance or stand at any point. Rest can be as important as movement.
As this is our launch event, we will be offering free herbal tea to all participants.
Tickets are £10, and there will be a limited number of tickets available on the door at the same price but booking ahead on Eventbrite is recommended.
Tickets are non-refundable

Dance Guidelines
Guidelines:
We have a few guidelines to keep our space sacred.
- No talking on the dancefloor. Please do feel free to verbally connect outside of the dancefloor, we encourage building community.
- No phones. This is to allow us to be present in mind and body.
- No shoes. Socks and bare feet are welcome.
- No intoxicants. Ebb and Flow is a conscious sober event.
- Stay Hydrated. We have water on site, and free herbal tea.
- Be mindful of personal space. This means no physical contact without permission, and to be mindful of your fellow dancers as they move through the space.
- Listen to your body and your needs. Rest if you need, move if you need, this is a liberating space – follow your heart.
- Let us, the facilitators, know if you have any questions before the event or need assistance during.
- Have fun! Remember, we are spiritual creatures having a human experience : )
