Cacao & Sacred Dance Journey: A Celebration of Gratitude
Date: 10/11/2024
Time:3:30 pm
Location: Lodge Farm Community Centre Crestwood Rd Northampton NN3 8JJ United Kingdom
As we move into a season of reflection and thankfulness, join us for a special Cacao & Sacred Dance Journey dedicated to the spirit of gratitude. Together, we’ll honor the gifts of the past year, connecting with our hearts and each other in a shared celebration of abundance, appreciation, and joy.
We’ll begin with a ceremonial cacao circle, allowing this heart-opening plant medicine to guide us inward. In the warmth of the cacao, we’ll set our intentions, letting gratitude flow for all that has supported and nourished us on our path.
An altar will be created to hold the energy and intention of our gathering. Feel free to bring any meaningful items—crystals, small tokens, flowers, or anything else that represents your gratitude—to place on the altar and contribute to our shared space.
As the cacao’s energy unfolds within, we’ll move into a Sacred Dance Journey. Here, rhythm, movement, and flow become our expressions of thankfulness. Take a moment to stretch on arrival, preparing your body to move in ways that feel natural and expressive. Let each step, sway, and gesture honor the gifts in your life.
Contribution:
- £15 if booked in advance
- £20 on the door
- £20 for a generous contribution to support concessions (concessions available)
Please bring a water bottle, comfortable clothing, and a cup for the cacao ceremony. Feel free to bring a journal to capture any reflections or insights after the journey.
Let’s come together to honor gratitude, dance with open hearts, and celebrate the abundance in our lives. Join us for an evening of connection, reflection, and joyful movement.
