Let’s come together and move!

DEBRIEF @ 11 am
We move for about an hour and then circle up to share our experience of the dance.

Dance Guidelines

1. We Dance in a park!

  • Bring layers as the air temperature drops after sunset.
  • Feel free to move with or without shoes.

2. We Dance to a Spotify collaborative playlist using ipod/phone + headphones. (You may also choose to move to your inner rhythm and forgo music.) After a brief grounding circle with intention setting, there is:

  • No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
  • No Talking from the Dancers

3. We Dance as We Are

  • No Drugs/Alcohol
  • No Expectations
  • No Judgements

Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another!
