Event Highlights:
Cacao Ceremony:
We’ll begin by sharing a ceremonial cup of rich, heart-opening cacao. This sacred plant medicine will help us set our intentions, open our hearts, and deepen our connection to ourselves and one another.

Fire Ceremony:Around the fire, we’ll release what no longer serves us and invite the transformative energy of autumn. The fire symbolizes both the warmth and the power of letting go, making space for new growth.
Ecstatic Dance:With the energy of cacao and fire, we’ll move into a free-flowing ecstatic dance. Guided by rhythmic beats, you’ll have the freedom to express yourself fully and connect with the elemental energy of the equinox. No prior dance experience is needed—just bring your spirit and let the music move you!
Closing Circle:We’ll end the evening with a grounding circle, where we’ll reflect on our experiences, share insights, and set intentions for the months ahead.

Comfortable Clothing: Something you can dance freely in and stay warm by the fire.
A Blanket or Cushion: For comfort during the ceremony and reflection time.
A Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the evening.
A Small Offering: If inspired, bring something meaningful to place on our communal altar—a token that symbolizes your intentions for the season.

Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
