Ecstatic Dance
We are building community through dance, sustaining what it takes to be a human in the world through movement and practices that foster mental health.

Driving Directions and Parking:The entrance to the parking lot is around behind the building. From Old Manchaca, take a right on Riddle and then first right onto Allred Dr. Driveway to the parking lot is after the house on the corner on your right. Parking map is in the image gallery below.

Dance Guidelines
- Move to express, not impress
- Get Consent: Make eye contact, make request, wait for Yes
- End your dance or connection w/ prayer hands
- Bracelets:
- Green – Blanket consent to touch and dance
- Yellow – Solo dancer, don’t approach, may ask you
- Purple – 6ft bubble
- Topless allowed
- No liquids on the dance floor
- Maintain spatial awareness
- Care for the space, pick it up
- Sober space – no substances
- No pics or video
- No talking on the dance floor
