As the seasons shift and the light finds balance with the dark, we gather in movement, breath, and community to honor the energy of the Spring Equinox. Join us for a soulful evening of ecstatic dance, where we shed the weight of winter and step into renewal, vitality, and expansion.
Guiding our journey will be Eieyani, weaving a sonic tapestry of deep, emotive rhythms and uplifting melodies designed to move both body and spirit. Holding space for our collective transformation, Surya Solfree, will lead us in a facilitation that invites deeper embodiment, connection, and release.
Let this be a time of alignment, intention, and awakening, where we dance in harmony with the cycles of nature and within ourselves.
No experience necessary. Come as you are. Leave as you were meant to be.

Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
