Join us for a transformational experience where movement and mindfulness meet. Let your body flow freely to the rhythm of the music in a safe and supportive environment.

In our somatic dance space, it doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned dancer or if your last dance was decades ago, we invite you to come and explore the joy of movement, to let go of expectations, release stress, boost your mood, feel the “oneness”, and tap into your inner creativity, by letting your body guide you.

The experiences (7:00 pm sharp):

  1. Guided somatic movement – We will focus on movement that is guided from what we feel inside and will joyfully explore different ways to move and connect with our body and emotions.

  2. Freeform ecstatic dance – Being fully present, we will let the music take us on a magical journey through a wide range of genres and emotions.

  3. Gong shavasana – We will surrounder into shavasana to the relaxing sounds of the gong and other sound instruments.

Guiding principles:

  • Be present – Listen to your body and heart. No talking, no digital devices.

  • Express yourself – Allow self-expression for you and others, avoid judgment.

  • Be respectful – Seek consent and allow a safe space for others

  • Be grounded – Be barefoot, or wear your comfy socks.

  • Be sober – Don’t let alcohol impair your focus, reduce your self-awareness, and increase the mental chatter.

About the hosts:

Soulish (Itzik Elyhaou) – Itzik seamlessly blends his tech expertise with a passion for guiding others towards mindfulness. As an ecstatic dance DJ and sound bath facilitator, he believes in the power of sound to foster self-connection and inner peace. Itzik creates spaces where individuals can transcend the noise of everyday life and embark on a journey of self-discovery.

Ya’ara Ophir Ben-Tsvi – Ya’ara has been teaching different movement modalities (NIA, Somatics, Somatic exploration) in the last 14 years. In addition, she is supporting people on their journey for self healing (physically and emotionally), using the beautiful tools of the MIndSet.

She believes that when we deepen our connection with our body, giving it attention, and learning to listen to it, it becomes a powerful tool for self healing.

One of Ya’ara’s biggest beliefs is that everyone wants to dance and feel free in their bodies.

Her wish is to support as many people as she can in getting there.

What to bring: Water bottle, yoga mat, pillow, your most comfortable clothes (and socks), eye mask, and anything else that will help you drop in to your most relaxed state
