Sintiente, a seasoned DJ with over four decades of experience, has a profound connection to New York’s iconic “club” scene and its diverse musical landscape. Born and raised in Brooklyn, he is a proud Nuyorican and vegan who has overcome addiction, gaining a new perspective on life. Relocating to Puerto Rico, Sintiente has dedicated himself to service, focusing on vegan advocacy and community support through the organization he co-founded, Casa Vegana. Despite contemplating a departure from music, his passion led him to Bernice Raabis and the Conscious Dance movement, where he discovered music’s healing power. Now, Sintiente combines his love for music with a mission of compassion and healing in Puerto Rico. He organizes El Conoco de Consciencia and other conscious dance events, offering spaces for healing, celebration, and unity. He spreads a message of love and connectivity through these events, harnessing music’s transformative energy. Sintiente’s journey reflects a life transformed by rhythm, resilience, and the power of community.
