Ecstatic Dance happens every 1st & 3rd Sunday of the month from 3:45PM – 5:30PM at FOKO in La Galleria (991 Logan Street, Louisville, KY 40204)

We invite individuals of all ages, genders, and abilities to join us! Come explore, express and play where all of you is welcome! No experience necessary.
We’ll move through five Rhythms, a 75-minute dance journey:
* Flowing * Staccato * Chaos * Lyrical * Stillness
Driving Directions and Parking:There is a parking lot at the entrance to La Galleria at FOKO or on-street parking, if the lot is full. Please enter through the restaurant entrance.

Dance Guidelines
Ecstatic Dance Agreements
1) No Talking on the Dance Floor – sounds are welcome, words are not
2) Respect the Space and the People in it. No photos or videos.
3) Take off your shoes
4) When Approaching Others:
– Respect dancers’ right to their own space.
– Always watch for the ‘Yes’ (turn toward, move closer or extend a hand)
– Respect any ‘No’ (turn away, move apart, hand at your heart)
5) Find Your Rhythm! Move however you wish, accept others without judgment, and enjoy the journey.
