Ecstatic Dance & Cacao Ceremony – direct from Costa Rica, a unique experience to enter the body and give free expression to our Essence.
In collaboration with Beyond Dance :
“Our highest intention is to recover the essence of dance as a channel that every human being can use to find their essence, through a free and safe space for the self-exploration of their Being. This music-led and group-supported experience results in a time of relief and expansion of bodily, emotional and mental awareness.”

CACAO CEREMONY A ritual to activate the benefits of cocoa, healing and self-exploration.
FACILITATOR Adrian Jozef, founder of Beyond Dance, one of the most important emerging “space holders” in the Central Valley region and Costa Rica .

Dance Guidelines
Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
