Ecstatic Dance
Reiki Chakra Dance is an Ecstatic Sacred Dance created by Inka Goddess Carla. It is a dance focused on a Journey to your Chakras (Energy Centers) while you receive Energy Healing. Carla also incorporates Crystals, Sound Healing, Angel Channeling, and Vocal Toning to help you reach Higher States of Consciousness.
This is a Meditation Dance in which the dancers abandon themselves to the rhythm and allow the music to guide their every step towards a state of joy, bliss and surrender. You will be freeing your mind and body, and connecting with yourself and others in a safe space.
Dance creates a container through which we can discover, unleash, and enhance our individual potential to live a fulfilling life. Being deeply present to all that you are is an immensely liberating experience, leading you to a state of authentic being.

Dance Guidelines
Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
