MOVEMENT IN TRUTH is a gently guided conscious dance practice, we experiment by moving in intimacy with ourselves and others. With deep listening, tenderness and care, we learn to move in truth, guided by the music and our own heart pull. Ever curious, feeling, opening, softening into the body, letting go to the ground, presencing. What is our true movement in the moment? Move & be moved, play & connect, rest & observe…the choice is yours. No experience needed, just an open heart, curiosity & willingness.
Bio
Emma is a DJ, movement facilitator, yoga/meditation teacher, guide and dancer, offering embodied movement, meditation, workshops, retreats and 1-1 sessions to awaken and embody Love. She encourages intimacy and presence whether in movement or stillness.
With over 25 years devoted to Truth, she teaches very much through her Being. Emma is a living Inspiration, a guide to reflect, inspire and remind us of who and what we are. Being with Emma is an inspiration to Dive In, Let Love and Let Life through joy and playful exploration.
