New to ecstatic dance? That’s okay!

Just show up and follow these 3 simple guidelines:

1. We dance without shoes:
This allows us to connect more fully with the ground and our bodies (if you have a physical condition that you need socks or dance shoes, that is okay)

2. We dance without words:
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State and really tune-in to our bodies and the body language of others. There is no verbal instruction from the facilitators and there should be no talking from any of the dancers when on the dance floor.

3. We dance as we are:
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
