We will dance through a variety of rhythms and end with a cool down.

Cost:
$10-20 sliding scale, Venmo or cash at the door
(this will go toward paying the rent for the space)

Bring: water bottle (suggested)-there is water on site
Altar item(optional)-if you would like to bring something to place in the center altar to connect with: your power, nature, spirituality, grief, life journey, loved one, sacred object (we won’t be sharing about these items, this will be for you to interact with on a personal level while dancing and it will also bring your energy to the space)

Driving Directions and Parking:Directions: Across the street from Big Grove Brewery, in the same building as Thai Spice Restaurant, but all the way at the end of the row. Turn in the parking lot of Thai Spice and Euro Foods. There is no big sign for Full Moon on the street. There is a sign on the door of the studio.

Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
