After a deep journey in our last edition—where we immersed ourselves in ancestry, connected with the elements, with the body, and with our most authentic expression—we now move into a new cycle.
On April 11, we invite you to experience the “Rebirth” edition.
An Ecstatic Dance experience that awakens the freshness of the new, bringing clarity, lightness, and freedom to your body and your energy.
A space to release what has passed, open inner pathways, and allow yourself to bloom into new possibilities.
SCHEDULE:
2:00 PM – Opening
2:30 PM – Somatic Experience with Renan Patera
3:30 PM – Ecstatic Dance with DJ Ayako
5:00 PM – Ecstatic Dance with DJ Flavya
6:30 PM – Closing with active meditation by Flavya & Ayako
Food:
Delicious vegan cuisine by Caapora — restaurant open until 6:00 PM

Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
