Our fourth Wednesday dance is a midweek mix that will draw energy from deep roots and soul magic.

EVENT FEE: $15-25 Sliding Scale, Cash at Door

7 pm – Doors Open

7:20 – Opening Circle & Dance

7:45 – Doors Lock
~ our dance ends with a closing circle for all to reconnect and share ~

Please bring water to stay hydrated during ecstatic dance.

** Please note: our space is home to 2 “shop” cats that live full-time in the space. For those with allergies, we can contain them in a separate room during the dance as needed – please let us know when you arrive.

Driving Directions and Parking:At Inner Perfect: Feel free to park anywhere around the entire building. However, the entrance for dance is through the blue/green door at the front. Please be mindful of the two shop cats that live in the space full time and are sometimes curious about what might be on the outer side of the front door!

Dance Guidelines

Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot)
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State
No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators
No Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are
No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
