Let’s dance!!😍

Move the way your body wants to move, in a consciously held, sober space.

Every Wednesday, from 7:00-9:30pm (closing up by 10).

Broadway Dance Center,

893 East Boise Avenue.

We begin at 7:00 with downtempo vibes for solo stretching and grounding.

Please arrive by 7:30 for opening circle which will include guidelines, and container setting along with connection activities.

Snacks and chocolate provided.

$10 suggested donation.

All donations held in transparency and used for the Dance Church.

No one turned away for lack of funds.

Boise Dance Church is a consciously held container for Ecstatic Dance and Consent Based Contact Improv with a focus on Inclusivity.

We learn and grow together in our awareness of self and other and the dance between. 💕

Dance Guidelines

Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. We Dance without shoes.
This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK)
If you have a physical condition for which you require dance shoes, we trust that.
2. We Dance (for the most part) without words (or: We Dance with Body Language)
This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State.
Saying hi is okay 🙂 Taking care of yourself with words is welcome, Deeper conversations are welcome in the lobby area or outside.

3. We Dance as We Are
Without Drugs/Alcohol, Without Phones, Without chemical scents or strong essential oils.

Notice if you have expectations. Notice if you have judgements.

This is an opportunity to be present with yourself; with respect for yourself, the space, and one another.
